PRIVACY & PARTICIPATION

Respectful participation. Responsible information handling.

Community standards

AUCA welcomes people with differing perspectives. We expect respectful communication and do not tolerate harassment, personal attacks, or unauthorized representation of AUCA.

Information you share

Do not submit precise home addresses, sensitive wildlife locations, or unnecessary personal information. Community observations are not automatically verified incidents, scientific findings, or diagnoses. Submissions do not guarantee an investigation or intervention.

Community Network registration and communications

AUCA's free, voluntary Community Network registration is hosted through Google Forms. The form asks for information needed to understand your interests and communicate about AUCA activities; the exact questions and consent language are shown in the form before you submit. Participation does not authorize you to represent AUCA.

Responses are stored within the Google Forms service and its connected response storage, rather than in a separate AUCA website registration database. Access is intended to be limited to authorized AUCA personnel responsible for managing registration and communications; specific sharing permissions are subject to verification by the form owner. Google processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We use registration information for Community Network administration, relevant updates, and participation opportunities consistent with the choices made on the form. Simply emailing AUCA does not automatically subscribe you to the Community Network.

To ask about information you submitted, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to receive AUCA communications, email hello@azurbancoyote.org. Requests will be reviewed and handled as applicable; AUCA has not published a fixed retention schedule. Do not send sensitive details in an initial request.

Emergencies

AUCA is not an emergency wildlife response service. For immediate emergencies, contact emergency services or the appropriate wildlife authority.

This notice describes current website practices and may be updated as AUCA formalizes its data-handling procedures. The consent terms shown in the registration form remain the authoritative choices for that submission.
